Proposition 115 is on the ballot in Colorado this November. This subversive abortion ban forces a pregnant person to continue with their pregnancy with no exceptions for health risks, lethal fetal diagnoses, or even in cases on rape. It would establish criminal penalties for medical professionals who provide abortion care after 22-weeks. This is a rare medical procedure that represents about 1% of all abortions in the United States. Often these procedures occur due to serious complications with either the pregnant person or the pregnancy.

Politics need to stay out of personal health care decisions. Repeat after us: "The overwhelming majority of Americans support—and always have supported—maintaining the legal right to abortion." We are the majority. That's why we need to be heard at the polls and vote no on Prop 115 this November!
