Help us deliver paid sick days & a $15/hour minimum wage to MO workers!

NO ONE should have to choose between their paycheck and their family's health. NO ONE working full-time should have to live in poverty. However, this is NOT the reality in Missouri. That's why we are coming together again to do what the legislature won't for hardworking Missourians.

That's why we're working to deliver paid sick days and higher wages to Missouri workers. More than 210,000 Missourians from every county signed the petition to put Missourians for Healthy Families and Fair Wages on the 2024 Missouri ballot!

This ballot initiative will:

  • Gradually raise Missouri's minimum wage to $15/hour by 2026
  • Allow workers to earn one hour of paid sick time off for every 30 hours worked
    • This is about 7 days a year for full-time workers at larger companies
    • This is about 5 days a year for full-time workers at smaller companies

Missourians for Health Families and Fair Wages rewards hardworking Missourians by making sure they can care for their families and keep food on the table.

Join the hundreds of Missourians who are talking to their neighbors, presenting at community organizations, and sharing why we are working to build an economy and democracy that works for all of us - not just the wealthy few.
