This is the official sign up form for PTU members. Here is how it works:

1. Fill out this form

2. Process your dues payment on our Actbluepage. You will get the link via confirmation email as well

3. A member of PTU will confirm information and add you to the official member list

How much are my dues?

• PTU collects dues as a percentage of your monthly rent (minimum .5%, not to exceed 1.5%)
• If your rent is $1,000/mo your dues are $5/month
• If your rent is $1,500/mo your dues are $7.5/month
• If you split rent with roommates, just use the portion that you pay each month

What if I can't afford dues?

If one of the following situations applies to you, please select "Yes, I need dues waived" in this form:

• Rent is more than 50% of monthly income and income is below 80% of median average income ($68,500 as of 2024)
• Tenants who are unemployed
• Unhoused
• Other extenuating circumstances

Why do we need dues?

• We use dues to cover legal fees and event costs! PTU is all volunteers so there are no staff costs.
