Tell the Senate to Pass Voting Rights (For the People Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act) and the PRO Act

American democracy is under threat today, from decades of inequality, the dismantling of workers’ rights, a scourge of attacks on voting rights, and the failure to adequately invest in our families and communities.

To save American democracy, we need democracy in the U.S. Senate.

And that means passing labor law reform, voter protection legislation and the Build Back Better investment agenda with a simple 50-vote majority.

We cannot afford to let any of our legislative priorities, from democracy at the workplace to democracy at the ballot box to investments in our people, fall victim to a procedural tool conceived in segregation.

We won’t let an anti-worker minority block the will of America’s people—expressed decisively in the 2020 elections and in recent polling.

The choice is clear: Sideline the filibuster, not the hopes, aspirations and representation of America’s people.

It’s simple. The Senate’s failure to pass the For the People Act damages democracy. If you believe we deserve a voice in the voting booth and the workplace, add your name and tell them to protect voting rights and to pass the PRO Act.
