RSVP -- Let New York Vote Virtual Lobby day Tuesday, May 10th!
Let New York Vote will host a virtual lobby day on Tuesday, May 10th! This lobby day comes at a pivotal time in the legislative session – by May 10th, we will have less than a month to pass our Let New York Vote 2022 agenda. For this virtual lobby day, we will be targeting the Assembly since, thankfully, many of our 2022 priorities have already passed the State Senate!
We will start reaching out to schedule Zoom meetings soon. You will see on the RSVP form that there is space to put your time preferences – we will do our best to honor those time preferences when scheduling meetings. It is our goal to build out meetings with multiple members, so all times, as well as the office’s time, will be considered.
Please note: we list our lobby day priority districts below. Those are the districts that we’re especially eager to have conversations with. If your district is NOT included in that list, there is a chance you may have to reach out to your assemblymember directly to schedule a meeting yourself, depending on Let New York Vote capacity. We will let you know if this is necessary in about a week. We will provide you with all the information on how to successfully schedule a meeting if it comes to that.
