RSVP to ECMC Virtual Public Comment Session
Attend the VIRTUAL public comment session at 9:05 a.m. on Monday, July 15 to speak out against fracking near the Aurora Reservoir.
- Recognizing the immense interest in the massive Lowry Ranch Comprehensive Area Plan (CAP), which would place more than 160 hydraulic fracturing wells near the Aurora Reservoir, the Energy & Carbon Management Commission has scheduled another opportunity for public comment.
- This is separate from the hearing which is now scheduled for July 30 - August 2. Save the date for that event >>
- Remember that your comments should be made on your own personal behalf, not as a STAR member. Please avoid wearing STAR-branded apparel or mentioning STAR by name.
UPDATE: The ECMC has released additional details. If you wish to speak during the session, you must submit the ECMC oral public comment form. Important: Do NOT identify yourself as representing Save The Aurora Reservoir. In the organization field, you can simply type "N/A."
