Right now Westpac are proposing changes to your pay and conditions, including cutting your Long Service Leave accrual.

Your current entitlement is 1.3 weeks for each year of service, but Westpac are proposing it change to 0.8667 weeks for each year of service.

1.3 weeks of Long Service Leave is worth preserving for BT and Asgard staff in South Australia.

There is nothing harmonious about reducing our entitlement to 0.866 of a week.
