The Climate Superfund campaign has mobilized thousands of New Jerseyans to take action over the past year, and our state legislators are feeling the heat to get it passed before the end of the legislative session on January 13, 2026!
We've received confirmation that Climate Superfund will be heard in the Senate Budget Committee on Thursday, January 8th, and we're now at a strong majority in the Assembly -- 44 out of 80 members. But we're going to need consistent, powerful actions on the last few legislative days to pass this important legislation through both the Senate & Assembly.
