Our NHS is at breaking point. Doctors and nurses are completely overwhelmed and patients are dying before they get the care they need. We need the government to commit to major NHS investment and an end to outsourcing to private companies to bring our NHS out of this crisis.

Most of us have friends or family who have been affected by what's happening to our NHS - or have experienced the crisis first hand. So we are gathering stories from people across the country. We want to shine a light on the devastating impacts of the crisis, and ramp up the pressure on the government by amplifying patient voices in the media, online and through protest.
