Share your skills with community organizers through Future Ground Network!
Do you have specific skills that could support community organizers working toward more equitable and sustainable futures? Future Ground Network is committed to matching grassroots groups with the resources they need to support their work.
Perhaps you have experience with web development, are a video editing wizard, legal or policy expert, bookkeeper, professional researcher or have other skills to offer that we might not know we need. We'd love to have you on our Superteam!
How it works
Successful Superteam volunteer applicants will be added to our skill-share list. We won't share your contact info with a group until we find a group who could use your support. At that point, we'll check in and make sure you still have the time and capacity to be matched with the group before connecting you. We'll also ask the group to give you a clear sense of their needs, including the time commitment, term, and any requests for in-person or event-specific support. You can unsubscribe from our list any time.
Please sign up by Wednesday, April 10 to be considered for the first round.
About the Future Ground Network
Future Ground Network supports local groups who are organizing to secure more equitable and sustainable communities. The most effective change begins locally, alongside others in our community with whom we share common values.
Joining the network allows community organizers to share best practices with one another, find inspiration, and work together to achieve common goals. The network provides a wealth of tools, resources, and wisdom to amplify the work of local groups and help communities build a better future from the ground up.
Future Ground Network is powered by the David Suzuki Foundation. You can learn more about us at https://futuregroundnetwork.org
