Share your story of part-time employee mistreatment at UPS

Part-time UPS employees tag packages in a wide shot

Our part-time Teamster brothers and sisters at UPS are taking a stand and demanding better A LOT better for themselves in the 2023 contract.

Numbering more than 200,000 and the engine of the United Parcel Service, part-time employees are a deeply exploited group. Contract over contract, they've dealt poverty, endured the most harassment, stratelled the most precarity while performing labor unimaginably brutal to the average person.

This contract cycle, it is critical that we be seen and heard. That we our stories are told and felt widely and deeply. And at the same time, we need to demand a radical change. A redistribution to make sure we get what we deserve. Our shot at the American Dream we've been denied so long.

So we need your help. We need to know and share the injustice you've experienced. We need to tell the stories of our struggle and strife. The abuse and harassment. And demand in a unified voice that we won't take it any longer.

This is an initiative by a national coalition of rank & file Teamster activists & part-timers who are struggling collectively to change the very nature of our workplace and tell our exploited brothers and sisters across industries that they have the power to do the same. Please consider getting involved with our organizing and on your own shop floor.
