SIGN NOW: I Stand with the Workers of the Amazon Labor Union!

Workers at an Amazon facility in Staten Island, JFK8, made history when they became the first Amazon workers to unionize with the Amazon Labor Union.

This movement is only beginning. Now, another Amazon Staten Island facility next door, LDJ5, is voting on whether or not to unionize and join the Amazon Labor Union too.

Amazon is one of the wealthiest multinational corporations in the world, headed by one of the wealthiest billionaires in the world, yet the workers who make Amazon run are underpaid and grossly mistreated. Workers are forced to perform back-breaking labor with little to no breaks, including bathroom breaks, and are often forced to work without adequate protective equipment.

A union would not only advocate for better wages, but it would allow workers to bargain for safer working conditions and better benefits.

Amazon workers deserve dignity and respect. Join Jumaane Williams and stand in solidarity with the Workers of the Amazon Labor Union by adding your name now!
