Efforts to reverse the Supreme Court's bogus decision granting Trump presidential immunity are ramping up. In addition to House Democrats and President Biden proposing plans to undo this dangerous ruling, Senate Democrats have a plan to make sure Trump is not above the law.1
Recently, Senator Chuck Schumer introduced the appropriately named "No Kings Act," to make it clear that no president is immune to prosecution and accountability for crimes committed in office. During its introduction, he stated, "The Founders were explicit—no man in America shall be a king. Yet, in their disastrous decision, the Supreme Court threw out centuries of precedent and anointed Trump and subsequent presidents as kings above the law."2
