Rudy Giuliani allegedly offered to sell presidential pardons for $2 million while he was former President Trump’s lawyer. This is illegal and a total abuse of power. The Department of Justice must investigate!

A former Giuliani aide filed a lawsuit against him for repeated sexual assault and harassment. In that complaint, amid the vile sexual allegations, arose a scheme to sell presidential pardons, which he said he was selling for $2 million and would split with then-President Donald Trump. And this was, in fact, not the first time a price for a pardon arose around Giuliani.

This is a crime and must be investigated. Giuliani is already embroiled in legal issues surrounding the 2020 election Big Lie–there is a pattern of abusing his position for unlawful gains.

The Department of Justice can and must investigate these alleged crimes. Trump and Trump associates, like Giuliani, abused the office of the president for their own personal gain repeatedly and without accountability.
