Immigrant youth have just had the rug pulled out from under them again after the latest court decision on DACA - the fifth Circuit Court has ruled that DACA is “unlawful” and DACA is headed back to conservative Judge Hanen's court. As allies, it’s our responsibility to listen to undocumented people and use our power to protect them now more than ever.

This decision means that tens of thousands of DACA recipients will soon lose their protection from deportation and work permits.

Whether it’s at a march literally using your body to keep undocufolks from harm’s way, fundraising in your network for DACA renewals, using your voice to hold elected officials accountable, or being trained on deportation defense - the time is now to use your privilege to show up for our immigrant communities.
