It's official — NPEU has endorsed Zohran Mamdani for Mayor of New York City!
If you haven't heard, Zohran Mamdani is the Democratic nominee for Mayor of New York City, and is running a visionary campaign to make New York City affordable for working people. But his campaign has upset the Democratic establishment, and he's facing off against former NY Governor Andrew Cuomo, incumbent Mayor Eric Adams, and Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa in the general election on November 4, 2025.
We're organizing NPEU members to support Zohran between now and the election by mobilizing NPEU members to participate directly in the Zohran campaign. If you live in the New York City area, consider knocking doors or volunteering to join a campaign event. Not in NYC? You can still help us make calls to NYC-based NPEU members, join a Zohran campaign phonebank directly, and even help us plan all this stuff out as part of the NPEU for Zohran team.
