The South East Essex Green Party have just launched our biggest ever consultation of residents’ views on cycling and cycling infrastructure across Southend.

You know as much as we do that if Southend is to meet the collective challenges of the Climate Emergency, then a drastic overhaul of cross-town transit is desperately overdue. Cycling will play a crucial role in transitioning to a low-carbon future, but our climate-complacent council still aren’t making any meaningful changes.
