Let's end the Silent Epidemic together! As Desmond Tutu notably said, "If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor." In the next few months, (date TBD), there will be a public hearing at the MA State House for the Workplace Psychological Safety Act. YOU don’t have to live in MA to participate. The legislation has been introduced in the Massachusetts legislature (H1882) as well as the Rhode Island (S821) legislature where it has already passed the Senate.

Two years ago, we made history with the largest number of former target/victim advocates of workplace bullying and mobbing testifying together for workplace anti-abuse legislation. We have five times that number, and it keeps growing! One of the most difficult aspects of this advocacy work has been getting those affected past the “Somebody else will do it” mentality. It’s a lie. No one else is going to do it.  Take your voice back and use it! We must stand up to this injustice together.

  • If you testified in the past, dig out that testimony to submit again. This work is never one and done.

  • If you haven’t testified before, now is the time to get your feet wet. Join our Army of Advocates!!

  • Testimony can be given publicly or submitted privately.
  • We will walk you through every step of the way.

If you've worked with employment lawyers, doctors, and/or therapists with your workplace abuse situation, we as you to send them this link to testify as an expert. Last time we had research, expert, and spousal testimony given. If that's you, we need YOU too!

If thousands of advocates give some form of testimony, the Workplace Psychological Safety Act would get the attention that it deserves. Please don’t sit on the sidelines. Stand with us! We can't do this without YOU!!



En los próximos meses, (fecha por determinar), habrá una Audiencia Pública en la Casa del Estado de MA para la Ley de Seguridad Psicológica en el Lugar de Trabajo. La legislación se ha presentado en la legislatura de Massachusetts (H1882), así como en la legislatura de Rhode Island (S821), donde ya ha sido aprobada por el Senado.

Hace dos años, hicimos historia con el mayor número de antiguos defensores de objetivos/víctimas que testificaron juntos a favor de la legislación contra el abuso en el lugar de trabajo. Uno de los aspectos más difíciles de este trabajo de defensa ha sido lograr que los afectados superen la mentalidad de “alguien más lo hará”. Es mentira. Nadie más lo va a hacer. ¡TÚ necesitas hacerlo por TI! ¡Recupera tu voz y úsala! Debemos hacer frente a la injusticia juntos.

  • Si testificó en el pasado, busque ese testimonio para presentarlo nuevamente. Este trabajo nunca es uno y está hecho.
  • Si no ha testificado antes, ahora es el momento de mojarse los pies. No hay otra forma de llegar a la meta.

  • El testimonio puede darse públicamente o presentarse en privado.
  • Lo guiaremos a través de cada paso del camino.
