Take back your voice! Stand with us! Tell YOUR story of workplace abuse. Publicly or privately. Here's how...
Let's end the Silent Epidemic together! As Desmond Tutu notably said, "If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor." In the next few months, (date TBD), there will be a public hearing at the MA State House for the Workplace Psychological Safety Act. YOU don’t have to live in MA to participate. The legislation has been introduced in the Massachusetts legislature (H1882) as well as the Rhode Island (S821) legislature where it has already passed the Senate.
Two years ago, we made history with the largest number of former target/victim advocates of workplace bullying and mobbing testifying together for workplace anti-abuse legislation. We have five times that number, and it keeps growing! One of the most difficult aspects of this advocacy work has been getting those affected past the “Somebody else will do it” mentality. It’s a lie. No one else is going to do it. Take your voice back and use it! We must stand up to this injustice together.
-
If you testified in the past, dig out that testimony to submit again. This work is never one and done.
-
If you haven’t testified before, now is the time to get your feet wet. Join our Army of Advocates!!
Here’s the scoop:
- Testimony can be given publicly or submitted privately.
- We will walk you through every step of the way.
If thousands of advocates give some form of testimony, the Workplace Psychological Safety Act would get the attention that it deserves. Please don’t sit on the sidelines. Stand with us! We can't do this without YOU!!

- El testimonio puede darse públicamente o presentarse en privado.
