Republicans have hijacked our Supreme Court and created a hyper-partisan, conservative majority. Now that majority is systematically knocking down the foundations of our democracy.

Today the Court is hearing arguments in West Virginia v. EPA – a case that could reverse half a century of progress in the fight against climate change. Whether it's climate action, campaign finance, union organizing, voting, and abortion rights, this Court has shown that it's willing to ignore decades of settled law to enact a far-right agenda that's too unpopular at the ballot box.

But we can meet this crisis by passing The Judiciary Act of 2021, a bill that would add 4 seats to the Supreme Court – immediately unpacking the stolen Court.
