Workers at the Roosevelt hotel in Hollywood informed management of their intent to unionize and have since been met with unacceptable anti-union tactics.
Workers have alleged that these tactics have included captive audience meetings and alleged unfair labor practices that include interrogation about workers' union activities. Despite a majority of housekeepers being in favor, the hotel management and ownership has failed to recognize these workers' just demands for a union and a decent contract.
