Submit a question to the candidates for the next Commonwealth Secretary-General
On September 11, the three candidates for Secretary-General of the Commonwealth will debate each other at Chatham House in London.
The people of the Commonwealth have a direct interest in who will be the next Secretary-General. This is why we want you to submit a question that could be posed by the debate moderator, renowned broadcast journalist, Zainab Bedawi.
The candidates are:
- H.E. Dr. Mamadou Tangara from the Gambia
- Hon. Shirley Botchwey from Ghana
- Mr Joshua Setipa from Lesotho
The candidates will present and debate their vision for the future of the Commonwealth in front of a live studio audience and those watching across the world online.
