Any member of the AYD may suggest an amendment to the AYD Constitution and Bylaws.

All rules changes for consideration must be submitted to the Chair of the Rules Committee no less than 14 days prior to the start of Convention (April 19, 20125.
Each rules change proposal will be considered by the Rules Committee and may be amended by that committee.
Each rules change proposal will either be given a favorable report, an unfavorable report, or tabled. All rules change proposals receiving a favorable report will move forward to the full body for a final vote to approve, reject, or table.
All rules changes should specifically include the Article of the AYD Constitution and Bylaws that is the subject of the change, and include proposed language for inclusion or omission.
