Summer Advocacy Training
Build skills. Build community. Build peace.
The recent escalation between the United States and Iran showed the volatility of a ceasefire. This summer, we're bringing together people across the country to build the people power needed to secure a permanent end to the war against Iran and strengthen Congress's role in preventing unauthorized wars.
Join Action Corps for a 6-week advocacy training series where you'll learn practical organizing skills, take meaningful action together, and become part of a growing network of people working for peace and human rights.
Participants who attend at least 4 of the 6 weekly sessions will be invited to become Action Corps organizers, with ongoing opportunities to:
- Take coordinated action with advocates across the country
- Connect with partner organizations and experienced organizers
- Continue developing advocacy and leadership skills
- Help build campaigns that save lives through changes in U.S. policy
Sessions: Wednesdays, 8:00–9:30 p.m. Eastern Time (July–August), July 22 - August 26
