We are mobilizing activists across the country to level up their organizing skills and take action at this critical moment. Together we will confront the fossil fuel billionaires taking over our government and the worsening shift towards authoritarianism.

We will do this by running action trainings in 75+ communities across the country this July and August. By training thousands of new and experienced activists, we will expand the numbers of people in the climate movement who can lead actions (and train others to do the same).

The trainings will center on building action skills and getting people to plan actions together starting in August and September. These trainings are intended for anyone who wants to learn how to engage in actions that effectively meet this political moment.

All action trainings will be run with a shared curriculum and agenda -- so you get the same information and shareable skills whether you are attending a training in Kansas or Maine.

You can support this mass training project in multiple ways. You can commit to hosting a training during one of out of three training weekends. You recruit your network to host or attend trainings and actions in July and August, or promote this plan in your networks. TIMELINE:

• Action trainings across the country during one of the three training weekends: July 19/18, 26/27, or August 2/3. The goal is 75 or more local trainings across the country. Each end training will be roughly 4-6 hours long and follow a core curriculum with a shared agenda that includes tools to do escalated actions in people's local communities. In order to get people ready to lead the trainings they are hosting we will be holding regional training of trainings in 11 cities during two weekends 6/14-15 and 6/21/22. Once you sign up to host a training you will get invited to the regional TOT closest to you.
• We hope these trainings will spark distributed actions across the country kicking off in August and keep going. Everyone who attends an end training will be called to take action in August and apply the action skills they've learned.
