Join a growing movement of travelers pledging to support Graduate by Hilton Hotel workers in their fight. Hotel workers at the Hotel Boulderado in Boulder, Colorado (soon to be a Graduate Hotel) are demanding a fair process to decide on a union, free of intimidation. Workers at the Graduate by Hilton Berkeley hotel won their union on July 31 and are now fighting for a first contract.

Graduate Hotel workers warmly welcome parents, alumni, prospective students and more to their communities – now they’re demanding respect as the everyday face of the company. As hotel workers fight for what they deserve, let's show them we have their backs.

I publicly pledge to stand with Graduate by Hilton Hotel workers in their fight for respect and a fair process to decide on a union. I share my support with the workers and call on Graduate Hotels, and owner AJ Capital Partners, to honor their demand. I will support the workers in any action they choose to take.
