Hello, I’m writing today to ask you to reject Indorama Ventures’s wastewater permit renewal.

Despite Indorama Ventures' promises that it would “meet or exceed all environmental regulations,” the company has leveraged taxpayers’ dollars to fund polluting activities that ultimately threaten their health and livelihoods.

The Olefins' Westlake Ethylene Plant has exceeded emissions limits designed to protect our air and water on multiple occasions, and a renewal of its draft wastewater discharge permit would be rewarding bad and harmful behavior and come at the cost of our communities.

Please reject this draft wastewater permit renewal.
