Tell the Roberts Court: Reverse the presidential immunity ruling that allows Trump to defy 9-0 rulings without consequences
The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that the Trump administration must bring Kilmar Abrego Garcia back home after he was illegally deported to El Salvador.
The Court gave a clear order. Trump isn’t listening.
But the Supreme Court isn’t innocent in Trump’s constitutional crisis. They’re the ones who already gave him permission to break the law. This is the inevitable result of the Supreme Court’s 2024 presidential immunity decision: people being thrown into vans and disappeared without any due process.
Trump is breaking the law because he knows the Court can't and won't stop him. Last week, he admitted that he could pick up the phone and have Abrego Garcia returned to the United States—he just doesn’t feel like it.
Trump is not above the law. And the Supreme Court has the power to hold officials accountable and even give them jail time.
We need the Supreme Court to go even farther and reverse their ruling that allows Trump to openly defy unanimous rulings from the judiciary branch.
