The INVEST Act is a historic investment in our nation’s transit system and shows that Congress is ready to rebuild an America that is just, equitable, and environmentally sustainable.

Now, the fight moves to the Senate.

Senators are drafting multiple bills this summer to deliver on President Biden’s American Jobs Plan. Whether through a bipartisan infrastructure deal or Democrats’ reconciliation package, the Senate must include support for public transit in the final bill.
