Dr. Means promotes a radical approach to health, insisting that Americans rely on personal immunity achieved through diet and exercise, disregarding public health measures.

Her views on hormonal birth control as a “disrespect of life” and her sentiments about raw milk showcase her detachment from proven science. After abandoning her medical residency, she has shown a troubling trend of prioritizing personal beliefs over evidence-based medicine.
