Zohran Mamdani was just elected as the next mayor of New York City! His historic victory is the direct result of a multiracial, multiethnic, interfaith coalition that turned out in record numbers.

We’re proud to be among the thousands upon thousands of Jews who will have Mayor-elect Mamdani’s back in the fight to make New York a more livable, affordable, and safe city for all.

Throughout the campaign, Donald Trump, Andrew Cuomo, and far too many out-of-touch leaders tried to divide Jews from our fellow New Yorkers. As Zohran faced an onslaught of anti-Muslim bigotry, we organized our Jewish communities and refused to succumb to their fearmongering.

As the Trump regime ramps up its attacks on the most vulnerable people in our communities, we’re lucky to have Zohran fighting back alongside us for a vision of shared safety. We’re excited for the future that we’re building together.
