Temporary Staffing Agencies Attacked All Workers. Join the fight!

Five powerful Temporary Staffing Agencies came together to launch an attack on ALL workers.

On July 18th, 2022, these staffing agencies sued the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to block their efforts to declare employer captive audience meetings illegal. See here and the case filing.

Anti-Union Staffing Agencies Against the NLRB include: Burnett Specialists, Staff Force d/b/a Staff Force Personnel Services, Allegiance Staffing CorpLink Staffing, and LeadingEdge Personnel, Ltd

What are captive audience meetings? These meetings are used by employers to force workers to go into meetings to talk about the disadvantages of unionizing while on the clock. Has this happened to you? We want to hear from you.

Temp Workers have continuously been mistreated and overworked. Workers go out to their assignments in hopes of a pathway to a permanent position at the companies they get placed in, but oftentimes workers get reassigned and have to start all over. Workers also do not receive the proper training and safety protocols for the work they do. They are left out in the field with high risks of getting injured without compensation. We know our worth, and we deserve better!

Temporary Staffing Agencies are directly attacking workers and further threatening their livelihoods by using coercive tactics to discourage them from unionizing. But that's not going to happen on our watch!

Sign on to fight back and let Temporary Staffing Agencies know that workers deserve better. Show your support by standing with Temporary Workers and all workers fighting for better benefits and living wages.
