Brett Kavanaugh is the anti-ACA, anti-abortion pick that Trump promised. If confirmed to the U.S. Supreme Court, the Affordable Care Act will likely be dismantled and Roe v Wade overruled.

Even before Kavanaugh was named, Sen. Bill Nelson said that he expected to vote against President Donald Trump's nominee. But since then, Sen. Nelson has scaled back his rhetoric and still hasn't come out in opposition to Kavanaugh, despite the threat posed to abortion rights.

Sen. Nelson is among the most vulnerable Democratic senators running for re-election this year, and right-wing groups are spending millions of dollars in Florida in hopes of securing his vote. We need his fellow Floridians to urge him to reject Kavanaugh.
