Brett Kavanaugh is the anti-ACA, anti-abortion pick that Trump promised. If confirmed to the U.S. Supreme Court, the Affordable Care Act will likely be dismantled and Roe v Wade overruled.

Sen. McCaskill is among the most vulnerable Democratic senators running for re-election this year, and right-wing groups are spending millions of dollars in Missouri in hopes of securing her vote. She hasn't stated her position on Kavanaugh yet but has voted for 8 out of 10 of Trump's judicial nominees in the past (she opposed Gorsuch's nomination). She has championed health care in the past and we need her to do so again. We can't defeat Kavanaugh without her vote.
