Chris Schwartz, a gay man, our union brother (American Federation of Musicians Local 137), and Pride at Work member, is running for County Supervisor in Black Hawk county, Iowa who has been facing some very ugly homophobic harassment in his campaign. On October 26, that harassment when vandals spray painted his home.

This is Donald Trump-style politics at its worse and we won't tolerate it. Sign our petition and join us in standing united to say harassment and hate crimes have no place in our political system

Harassment and hate crimes are not American values and have no place in our politics. We reject Donald Trump-style politics and condemn these tactics. No candidate for office should have to fear for their family's safety and security.
