We’ve been building for this moment: whether it’s through legislation or a court decision, we are poised to win collective bargaining rights in the next year, and we need to be ready!  

Join us for this summer's Union Leadership Institute, open to all members, on June 17th & 18th in Madison, where we will be focusing on the skills to ensure your local is bargain ready.  

Union leaders, special guests, and our organizing staff will be leading sessions on what you can do to build a strong local union capable of transforming the workplace and community.

All lodging, meals, and travel expenses are entirely covered by AFT-Wisconsin and there is no cost to members or to the local.  ULI also includes a space at our annual awards dinner in Madison on Wed June 17.  

Participants should plan on being in Madison by 10 am on Jun 17 and staying until 5 pm on Jun 18.
