AB 1790 would eliminate California's "Water's Edge" corporate tax dodge--generating about $4 BILLION a year in revenue for our state. As the Trump administration slashes funding for environmental programs, California needs this revenue to tackle climate change, deal with fires and floods, and protect our water, air, and wilderness areas. But AB 1790 needs a two-thirds majority vote in both the Assembly and the Senate to become law. That's where we come in!
