NORML is pleased to endorse Utah's Proposition 2 bill.

A YES vote on The Utah Medical Cannabis Act, or, "Proposition 2" would effectively legalize medicinal marijuana for persons with qualifying medical conditions.

At this crucial time in the fight for sensible marijuana policy, Utah could be the next state to legalize medicinal marijuana for patient's use. Proposition 2 would expand the civil rights of Utah patients by allowing them to choose whether to possess marijuana privately and responsibly without fear of legal retribution.
