Dear Friends.  

You may not be aware that Oxford City Green Party organises and hosts the Oxford Green Fair - Oxford's longest running Christmas Market.  This is going to be its 44th year, and with over 60 stall holders we are anticipating over 1000 visits.

We're holding it in Oxford Town Hall on Sat 29th Nov.  

The day is our biggest fundraiser of the year, but we need help to make it a success.    

Roles and jobs we need assistance with listed can be found below (or opposite if you're on a laptop).  

In particular, we'd really appreciate help with staffing and running the Green Fair Cafe, especially cooking and bringing home-made food for us to serve.  The Cafe is our biggest source of income on the day.  

Suggestions of savouries and sweet food visitors always enjoy include soups, tray-bakes, cakes and scones.   Dishes need to be vegetarian or vegan, and come with a list of ingredients so we can manage any allergen issue. Please refer to this link for a list of allergens .
