Join the NY Renews volunteer team at the Rise NY march on September 6th, to help pass out signs to the crowd and engage folks in our campaign to win the Climate & Community Protection Act for NY. The CCPA would get NY to 100% renewable energy by 2050, while making sure we invest in communities most vulnerable to climate change along the way.

Where & when the volunteer team is meeting:
Thursday, September 6th, 5-6pm @ NY Renews office, 50 Broadway

What we'll do:
Fuel ourselves with free pizza, get equipped with signs, and get a quick briefing on how to talk to people about our campaign (it's easy!) - and then head to the march

How we'll get to the march:
The march starts at 5:30 just a few blocks away in Battery Park - we'll prep until 6 then be right there!

Why should I volunteer?:
Together, we can transform the excitement and energy of people at the march into active support for our campaign and pass the CCPA in 2019!
