COVID-19 has imposed an incredible burden on public schools, educators, and students. Sadly, the governor did not listen to educators’ calls for a coordinated reopening plan. That’s why we need you to help keep us informed.

We’re asking all Vermont community members to report on reopening in their neighborhood schools. We need as many local stories as possible to protect you and to protect your students. How is this affecting you? How is it affecting your students?

We’re especially looking for reports of school-based efforts to contain the transmission of the virus and efforts to promote learning and solidarity.

We will post stories on the VT-NEA blog, members of the media and with the governor.
