The Challenge
Right now, ordinary citizens can force the European Commission to take action on an issue through a European Citizens Initiative (ECI). But they have to gather 1 million verified signatures in just 12 months after their proposal is submitted. Most initiatives fail because they start from scratch, and don't receive enough signatures. Let's change that!
