The political pendulum will not swing back on its own. We reject the notion that this is a temporary moment that will pass without our intervention. History has shown that authoritarianism thrives when met with silence and inaction. Whether that is on the ballot box or on our shop floors.

Grassroots organizing is our most powerful tool. Change comes from the ground up, and we must commit to building strong, resilient communities that can resist and overcome authoritarianism.
