HOW TO SIGN A CARD:
Complete the contact form here.
You will be brought to a confidential electronic union card which will ask you to fill out contact information and a signature.
Once you complete the signature and click to sign, you will receive an email to confirm your signature. Click the blue text “Confirm my email address” to complete the process.
When you have done this final step, you will receive a confirmation email
