Wells Fargo Remote Work Petition
We ask Wells Fargo to do what's right for us as employees, shareholders, and the environment and maintain or strengthen the current work-from-home policies to reflect the following:
- Employees and manager will be allowed to coordinate and schedule work-from-home days that benefit both parties.
- Worker compensation, performance, and time-off should not be evaluated based on days spent in the office.
- Allow additional flexibility in work-from-home policy due to inclement weather or sickness.
- Maintain your promises to departments who have been told they will remain fully remote.
- Allow hybrid roles to work from home a minimum of 3 days a week.
