For renters and homeowners, housing costs in Michigan have skyrocketed. A quarter of renters are spending more than 50% of their income on housing, and nearly half spend more than 30%. And housing availability has been cut in half over the last ten years.

It’s time to let lawmakers and developers know that we need solutions.
