The Puget Sound Emergency Workplace Organizing Committee (PSEWOC) is a local branch of the national EWOC campaign created by DSA & United Electrical Workers. EWOC pairs workers with an organizer who can walk them through the organizing process from first contact to the union election. Local EWOCs can do all this and more, with in-person events and collaborations between workplaces in the process of organizing.

Seattle DSA would like to see if you might be a good candidate or organize your workplace! It could be more possible than you think! You don't have to be working towards a union election, you can fight for better conditions and organize with your coworkers even without formal recognition. Once you get a few victories, maybe a union won't seem so impossible!
