Written Testimony for Adjunct Faculty Bill

For too long, adjuncts have been the exploited educators of higher education. They are given low pay, minimal access to benefits, and poor job security despite being valued teachers and public employees.

The adjunct faculty bills (S.930/H.3948 and S.934/H.1934) being heard September 11th would implement reforms to prove that Massachusetts can, and should, do better. Write your testimony now for the bill hearing!

In your testimony, consider:

1. Any personal experience you have as an adjunct, educator, student or public employee. Personal stories are always the most impactful!

2. Highlight the value of adjunct professors and why they should be treated better!

3. Finally, include your name, address, college if any, and the bills that you support.
