The Young Worker Training Program is designed for workers who intend to organize a union or community campaign for climate justice. The program consists of one orientation session and six instructional sessions where workers learn foundational analytical frames and the key components of organizing to collectively build a successful campaign to carry out upon completion of the program. Together, we’ll understand our power as workers and start building a sustainable future that puts workers first.
