Hi Folks! We are collecting $10,000 cash bail for a Black trans woman who is currently incarcerated in Manhattan for a felony charge because she doesn't have the amount of $ the judge has set. 

She has never skipped bail before, this is her first felony (non-violent), and her first arrest in 15 years. She has experienced horrendous violence during her incarceration.

All money will go to the LORENA BORJAS COMMUNITY FUND which will pay out as much of the bail as we are able to collect. If the bail money is returned, it will go back to the fund to pay bail for other folks.
