CanineCon 2022 is an educational seminar, featuring four expert speakers in the fields of dog education, aggression, behavior, and care.

The pet industry is unregulated, and flooded with outdated and dangerous misinformation. Fortunately, humans learn the same way dogs do; by having positive educational experiences with others who they trust.

However, another flaw of the pet industry is that the people who do the caregiving work (pet store employees, kennel attendants, bathers, dog walkers and pet sitters, shelter and rescue volunteers…anyone who isn’t a business owner) often can’t afford to attend important educational programs like this one.

This is where we come in. Because we understand the value of continuing education in Fort Wayne, we are fundraising to send five dedicated, passionate caregivers to CanineCon 2022 who otherwise wouldn’t have been able to afford to attend.

As an additional bonus, the net proceeds from CanineCon will all be donated to Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control, our local open-admission shelter.
